About the Editor:

Martin Kemp is an Emeritus Professor of Art History at Oxford University and Member of the British Academy. He has curated numerous exhibitions devoted to the work of Leonardo da Vinci, of whom he is considered one of the foremost international experts. He has published numerous books and essays that have been translated around the world and has conducted the most extensive research into Leonardo's painting that he has called “The Beautiful Princess”.
